Shipping policy
Deliveries will be made every Monday in order to limit the carbon impact during travel. Orders placed after Friday morning will not be taken into account for the arriving Monday but for that of the following week .

Exchange and return policy
Returns are possible under certain conditions: products must be returned new in their original packaging, clean, unwashed, unworn and complete . Any item not respecting these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If your order does not give you complete satisfaction, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it at your expense with a parcel tracking number. We will exchange it for free or we will refund it to you once the order has been received at the workshop. After this period, the exchange or return policy will no longer be applicable.
